Sudhir Nair is an Associate Professor and PhD Program Director at the University of Victoria's Gustavson School of Business. His research examines international strategy, business, entrepreneurship, professional service firms, and immigrant socialization. With industry experience at Citibank and entrepreneurial ventures, he brings practical insights to international business education.
His publications explore diverse themes including service automation, serendipitous internationalization, immigrant integration, and cognitive aspects of opportunity recognition. Recent work examines ethical frameworks in market systems through Buddhist and process philosophy lenses.
