Stéphane Carcillo is an Associate Professor at Sciences Po Paris, Head of the Jobs and Income Division at the OECD, Chair of the French minimum wage commission, and Research Fellow at IZA Institute of Labor Economics and CEPR. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne (2001).

His research focuses on Labor Economics, Public Policy, and Microeconometrics, with specializations in employment protection laws, hiring subsidies, working time regulations, and discrimination. Recent work examines anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination in schools and minimum wage dynamics.
