Stuart Williamson

Stuart Williamson is a Lecturer in Radiography at Queen Margaret University (QMU). He serves as the Programme Lead for the MSc Diagnostic Radiography (Pre-Registration) course and as the Pathway Lead for the Medical Imaging Pathway within the Advancing Professional Practice Framework.

• Education: Diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing (Surgical) from the University of Edinburgh, BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography from QMU, PgCert in Musculoskeletal Image Reporting from Robert Gordon University, MSc in Diagnostic Imaging from Glasgow Caledonian University.

His research focuses on clinical audit, service development, and quality improvement in diagnostic radiography, with an emphasis on advancing practice and clinical image reporting.

Stuart is affiliated with professional bodies such as the Health and Care Professions Council, Society of Radiographers, and Reporting Radiographers Interest Group Scotland.
