Stuart Murdoch

Associate Professor Stuart Murdoch is affiliated with the University of Auckland's Faculty of Science, Department of Physics. His research focuses on nonlinear optics, laser physics, and optical microresonators, with emphasis on temporal cavity solitons, dispersive waves, and Raman/Kerr nonlinearity interactions. He leads a lab developing advanced optical systems such as parametric amplifiers and OCT sources.
