Dr. Steven Hart is a Professor of Music at Rocky Mountain College, where he has taught since Fall 2000. He conducts choral ensembles, teaches conducting, vocal pedagogy, and private voice. Dr. Hart is the founder and conductor of the High Plains Chamber Singers and the Billings Symphony Chorale. His expertise spans choral performance, vocal health, and music education methodologies.
