Dr. Steven Cock is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at York Business School, York St John University. He holds a PhD from the University of Chester and has been teaching since 2014, specializing in postgraduate programs such as MBA and International Business. His research focuses on organizational culture, sport sociology, and critical pedagogy. He co-founded the People in Employment Settings (PiES) Research Group and serves on the Leisure Studies Association Executive Committee. Dr. Cock has secured over £10,000 in research funding across multiple projects and supervises PhD candidates.
