Steven Baguley is a Faculty Accreditation Manager and PhD researcher at De Montfort University's Faculty of Business and Law. He holds a BSc in Psychology and Sociology (2000), MSc in Forensic Psychology (2002), and is pursuing a PhD in Coaching and Mindfulness (2019–2025). His research focuses on second-generation mindfulness-based interventions (SGMBIs) in workplace coaching practices. He is an accredited Executive Coach and member of professional bodies including the British Psychological Society (Division of Coaching Psychology) and the Association for Coaching.

His PhD explores SGMBIs' impact on coaching practices and workplace mental health.
He has presented at conferences including the AACSB EMEA (2024) and the Division of Coaching Psychology Conference (2024), focusing on mindfulness-based approaches and accreditation strategies. His CPD activities emphasize trauma-informed coaching, compassion-focused methods, and ethical practice.
Steven co-facilitated the Association for Coaching Leicestershire Co-Coaching Forum and is part of DMU’s Coaching and Mentoring Services. His work bridges psychological theory and practical organizational applications, particularly in fostering ethical and mindful coaching cultures.
