Paul Mabbutt is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Applied Social Sciences at De Montfort University, Leicester, specializing in Policing and Criminal Investigation. He serves as the Module Lead for the Professional Policing Degree (PPD) and previously acted as Programme Lead for Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship entry routes. With qualifications including a PGCEE and an ILM-accredited Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring certification, he integrates educational innovation and mentorship into his practice.
