Dr. Steven Bayighomog is a Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at Bournemouth University's Department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour. His research focuses on organisational psychology, workplace wellbeing, and sustainable HR practices in hospitality and service industries. His work contributes to UN SDGs including Good Health & Wellbeing, Decent Work, and Sustainable Innovation.
