Stephen Frawley is a Senior Lecturer in the Management Discipline Group at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School. He holds a PhD from Griffith University (2011) and has extensive expertise in sport mega-events management, sport broadcasting, and sport participation legacies. Prior to academia, he worked with the Sydney 2000 Olympic Organising Committee, shaping his research focus on event governance and legacy planning.

- Lead researcher on grants including 'Quantifying the Value of Sport Broadcast Rights' (2016) and 'CSR and Mega-Sport Events' (2015)
- Focus areas: leadership development in sport, design thinking in management practices, and the social impact of major events
