Stephen Dugdale

Stephen Dugdale is an Associate Professor in the School of Geography at the University of Nottingham, part of the Faculty of Social Sciences. He holds a BSc and MSc from Durham University, followed by a PhD from the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), Canada. His research focuses on remote sensing, river processes, and climate change impacts, with expertise in thermal infrared imagery, drone-based data acquisition, and hydrological modeling. Current research themes include river temperature dynamics, fluvial ecosystems, and geospatial approaches to environmental monitoring.
