Stephanie J. Vardavas is a Pro Tem Instructor in the Sports Product Management program at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business. She has taught second-year students since 2016 and boasts over 45 years of experience in the sports business industry. Her career includes roles at Major League Baseball (1979–2011) and Nike, where she specialized in sports marketing, product safety, regulatory compliance, and trademarks. Post-Nike, she continued legal practice and advises nonprofits. She co-founded 6453 Alumni, an association for former Nike employees and sponsored athletes.
