Elizabeth Brock-Jones serves as a Pro Tem Instructor in the Sports Product Management program within the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon, while concurrently holding a full-time position as Senior Innovation Footwear Developer at Nike. Her industry work spans diverse projects including the Off-White x Nike: The Ten collection, NSW initiatives, special projects, and global express teams covering sandals, boots, all-conditions gear, and running footwear.
Her academic foundation includes:
- BS in Kinesiology from Iowa State University
- MS in Biomechanics from the University of Tennessee
- MBA specializing in Sports Marketing from the University of Oregon
Brock-Jones' professional expertise centers on the intersection of athletic performance, consumer behavior, and product innovation in sports footwear. She applies biomechanical principles to footwear development while integrating market-driven strategies, with particular emphasis on collaborative design processes and experiential learning. Her work bridges industry practice and academic theory through the Sports Product Management program she helped establish.
As co-founder of the program's Innovation Lab in 2012 alongside Ellen Schmidt-Devlin and Roger Best, she has created hands-on learning opportunities for students while maintaining active industry engagement. Her role encompasses program development, first-year admissions, and connecting academic curriculum with real-world sports product challenges through Nike collaborations.
