Stephanie Speiser is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Animal Science at Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIU). She specializes in equine-related disciplines, including horse psychology, reproduction, breeding, and judging. Her professional background includes roles in the horse industry prior to joining SIU.
- Education: M.S. (2000) and B.S. (1996) in Animal Science from SIU; A.A.S. (1987) from Parkland College, Champaign, IL.
Research Interests revolve around equine behavioral science, reproductive physiology, and applied horsemanship. She integrates practical industry experience into her teaching and advisory roles.
