Stephanie Dailey

Dr. Stephanie Dailey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at George Mason University's College of Education and Human Development. She holds an EdD from Argosy University, Washington DC. Her research focuses on counselor education, trauma intervention, school safety, disaster resilience, and mental health equity. She teaches courses such as Counseling Theories, Assessment in Counseling, and Ethics in Mental Health Counseling.

Her work explores topics like bullying prevention, crisis management in schools, and the psychological impacts of pandemics.
