Dr. Sadiqa Long serves as Teaching Faculty in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling department at The Chicago School's Washington, DC campus, bringing extensive experience across K-12 schools, universities, community mental health agencies, and nonprofit organizations as a counselor, educator, and clinical supervisor.

Her academic credentials include:

• BA in English from West Virginia State University
• MA in Counseling from Trinity University
• Ed.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision from Argosy University

Dr. Long's research centers on traumatic stress and trauma-informed care systems with specialized focus on early childhood trauma impacts. Her clinical expertise spans child and adolescent development, PTSD interventions, and crisis response protocols, directly informing her consulting practice and educational approach.
