Penny Lane Hamblin

Dr. Penny Lane Hamblin serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Montreat College, where she trains future mental health professionals while maintaining active clinical practice. Licensed since 2015, she combines academic instruction with direct service to North Carolina's mental health community through her private practice PLC Counseling, PLLC, established in 2019.

• Ed.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University
