Stella Pachidi

Stella Pachidi is a Senior Lecturer in Technology and Work at King’s Business School, King’s College London. Her research focuses on the intersection of technology, work, and organizing, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence’s impact on knowledge work, digital transformation, and boundary-crossing collaboration. She employs qualitative methods, including practice theory and sociomateriality, to study technology’s role in organizational and societal contexts.

Stella holds a PhD in Business Administration from VU University Amsterdam, an MSc in Business Informatics from Utrecht University, and an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Technical University of Athens. She has taught across undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs on topics like AI in business, digital innovation, and the future of work.
