Prof. Fabrice LUMINEAU is a Professor of Strategic Management at the HKU Business School, University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on inter-organizational partnerships, contract-trust dynamics, blockchain governance, and strategic collaboration. He has over 50 publications in top journals like Academy of Management Annals, Strategic Management Journal, and Organization Science. He serves on editorial boards, including Journal of Management and Strategic Management Journal.
Education & Experience: PhD from HEC Paris; prior roles include project manager in insurance and investment banking. He has taught at Purdue University and other institutions, receiving accolades such as the '40 Under 40 Most Outstanding Business School Professors' (2017) and multiple best paper awards.
Research Interests: Inter-organizational trust, contractual governance, blockchain's impact on collaboration, and cooperative strategies.
