Steef Konings is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Groningen, affiliated with the Faculty of Science and Engineering and the PharmacoTherapy, Epidemiology and Economics department. His research focuses on health economic modeling in mental healthcare and public health interventions.
Research Interests include:
- Cost-effectiveness analysis in psychosis treatment
- Economic modeling of schizophrenia and mental disorders
- Vaccine safety and reactogenicity evaluations
- Public health policy through tax interventions
- Chronic disease management (diabetes)
- Population health metrics
