Stacy A. S. Williams

Dr. Stacy A.S. Williams is an Associate Professor of Psychology in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Marist College. A licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist, she brings over 20 years of expertise in educational systems reform, focusing on Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and equity-centered professional development. She holds leadership roles including Executive Board Member of the Trainers of School Psychologists and former Director of the NYSED MTSS-I Center at the University at Albany.

Her research examines systems-level consultation, data-informed decision-making, and strategies for creating inclusive learning environments. Key areas include:

• Implementing evidence-based practices in K-12 education
• Strengthening educator capacity through professional development
• Advancing social justice and anti-racism in school psychology
• Fostering school-university partnerships
