Stacey Cohen

Stacey Cohen, MD is a Professor in the Clinical Research Division at Fred Hutch and the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Washington School of Medicine, specializing in high-risk gastrointestinal cancers and genetic biomarker research.

Dr. Cohen leads multiple clinical trials including ctDNA-based surveillance for colorectal cancer (TEMPUS CRC), organ-preserving rectal cancer strategies, and biomarker studies for metastatic disease. These efforts operate within Fred Hutch's Cancer Consortium, which manages over 750 active trials enrolling 7,000 participants annually.
