Spyros Ntourmas

Spyros Ntourmas is a Lecturer at the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA), specializing in law and economic applications. He teaches at the Department of Regional and Economic Development, located in Amfissa, and previously served at the former Technological Education Institution of Sterea Hellas. His roles include Chairman of Practical Training and member of graduate thesis committees in management, economy, and cultural/tourism unit communication.

Research interests focus on regional development policies, public/commercial law, and the intersection of legal frameworks with workforce training and EU initiatives for SMEs. Additionally, he actively participates in seminars on local governance and regional development, including a 1993 seminar on EU policies for SMEs.

Professional roles include legal practice before the Supreme Court in civil, commercial, and labor cases since 1992, and handling insurance cases for the Single Social Security Agency since 2005. He also served on the committee for consumer dispute resolution and the European Observatory of Tourism and Trade.
