Anna Tzavali

Anna Tzavali is a Lecturer at the Department of Regional and Economic Development, Agricultural University of Athens (AUA). She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Technical University of Piraeus, an MSc in Organizational Management of Industrial Systems (specializing in Logistics) from the University of Piraeus, and a PhD from the Polytechnic School of University of Patras (Department of Environment and Natural Resources Management). Her research focuses on Urban Heat Island phenomena, energy efficiency in buildings, statistical analysis, and energy poverty. She teaches courses like Statistics I-III and Economics of Natural Resources at AUA's Amfissa campus. Her work integrates environmental science, urban planning, and socio-economic analysis. Published research includes studies on green roofs, urban climate adaptation, and household energy consumption patterns during Greece's financial crisis. Active in international conferences and peer-reviewed publications, she contributes to sustainable urban development discourse.
