Spyridon Flogaites

Spyridon Flogaites is a Visiting Professor of Public Law at the School of Law of the European University of Cyprus (EUC). He holds additional roles as Director of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) in Athens and serves as a Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Athens.
