Spyridon Flogaitis

Professor Spyridon Flogaitis is an esteemed academic and legal scholar affiliated with the Faculty of Law, University of Athens, where he has served as Professor of Public Law since 1992. He is also Director of the European Public Law Organization and has held visiting professorships at institutions including the University of Cambridge, University of Paris, and University of Heidelberg.
