Sophie Molitoris

Sophie Molitoris is an artistic advisor, mentor, and lecturer at various colleges for acting and directing in Cologne, Frankfurt, Usedom, Vienna, and Hamburg. With over 25 years of experience as a casting director for films like 'Kurz und Schmerzlos' and 'Solino,' she transitioned to artistic mentoring to support artists in overcoming creative blocks and enhancing their professional potential. She received the Deutschen Casting Preis in 2011.

Her work focuses on personal development, creative potential, and techniques such as presence training, interview preparation for camera roles, and script analysis. She offers individual counseling, coaching, and long-term mentoring to actors and artists, emphasizing self-reflection and career growth.
