Sophie Ferré is a Senior Lecturer at Excelia Business School where she has held academic and leadership roles since 1999, currently serving as Director of Academic Studies for the Bachelor of Business program since 2019. Her career spans over two decades at the institution, including 15+ years managing the Master Grande École program and prior positions as Director of Studies for the 'Sup Ge Co' program and teaching manager for the Master in Management.
Her educational background includes a Master Grande École from Excelia Business School (1992), preceded by a scientific baccalaureate and preparatory classes for the Grandes Écoles. Professional experience prior to academia comprises four years at Carrefour group in roles including Fresh Products Self-Service department manager and project manager for optical reading implementation, followed by training center work developing programs for Système U department heads.
Ferré's research and teaching focuses on Marketing disciplines, particularly Fundamental Marketing, Market Research, and Consultancy Projects. Her expertise bridges academic theory with practical retail applications, informed by her Carrefour experience and specialization in training methodologies. This interdisciplinary approach extends to Educational Engineering, reflecting her consistent involvement in curriculum design and staff development since her corporate training days.
