Solange Hamrin is a Senior Lecturer at Mid Sweden University's Department of Communication, Quality Technology and Information Systems. She serves as a program manager for both the Master by Research and Master in Strategic Communication programs, and is a member of the Research Ethics Committee. Her primary research focuses on organizational communication and strategic communication within diverse workplaces, particularly examining leadership dynamics in ethnically diverse healthcare settings to inform strategies for democratic and healthy workplaces. She teaches and supervises in organizational communication, strategic communication, and qualitative methods at both bachelor's and master's levels, including courses in English for exchange students.
