Dr. Sohad Abu-Elzait is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sustainable Technology & the Built Environment at Appalachian State University, part of the College of Fine and Applied Arts. She holds a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan. Her work bridges engineering, sustainability, and societal impacts of technology.
