Sofia Vivera is a Lecturer at the University of Sunderland, where she has worked since 2022. She serves as a Coach/Assessor for the Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme, delivering both cohort-based and one-to-one coaching sessions for Senior Leader apprenticeship students while engaging with employers throughout their progression.
