Dr. Snehil Dua is an Instructor and Lecturer at the University of Manitoba within the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, specifically the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences. He is based at the Fort Garry Campus in Winnipeg, Canada, and teaches undergraduate courses related to food science, nutrition, and safety.
- Education: PhD in Food and Human Nutritional Sciences (University of Manitoba), MSc in Foods and Nutrition (Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University), Post Graduate Diploma in Food Preservation and Technology (GuruJambheshwar University of Science and Technology), and Bachelor of Education (Kurukshetra University).
Research Interests are centered on food science, nutritional education, and food safety regulations. His work emphasizes practical applications in food preparation, quality control, and dietary management across the lifespan.
