Sladjana D. Savic

Sladjana D. Savic is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade, specializing in the Department of Applied Chemistry. She holds a BSc and MSc in Chemistry from the same institution. Her research focuses on water purification technologies, advanced oxidation processes, and environmental chemistry. She has contributed to projects addressing PFAS challenges, environmental education, and sensor development for pollutant detection. Savić has been recognized with the Đoka Vlajković Foundation Award (2024) for her scientific contributions.

Her educational activities include teaching courses such as Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry of Water and Waste Waters, and Food Contaminants. She collaborates with institutions like the Serbian Chemical Society and the National Committee of ICOM-Serbia. She has been actively involved in research projects funded by the EU Horizon programme and the Science Fund of Serbia, focusing on environmental sustainability and open science initiatives.
