Aleksa D. Savic is a graduate researcher at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Chemistry, Department of Biochemistry. He holds a BSc and MSc in Chemistry from the same institution.

His research focuses on recombinant technology, enzymology, bioinformatics, protein engineering, and immunochemistry. He contributes to educational courses such as Methods in Biochemistry and Environmental Biotechnology.

- Award from the Faculty of Chemistry for the best student (2021)
- Diploma 'Đorđe Stefanović' for the best student of the generation (2022)
He is currently involved in the GraspOS project funded by the European Commission (Horizon EU Programme).
