Professor Ming Fai Parco Siu is a faculty member at the School of Public Health, The University of Hong Kong, serving as Assistant Dean (Well-being) and Division Head of Kinesiology. With a PhD in exercise physiology from West Virginia University School of Medicine and postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School, he holds fellowships from the Royal Society of Biology (FRSB), American College of Sports Medicine (FACSM), European College of Sport Science (FECSS), and Hong Kong Association of Sports Medicine and Sports Science (FHKASMSS).

- MPhil in Sports Science from CUHK
- PhD in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University
His research focuses on exercise frequency, intensity, and type (HIIT, Tai Chi, aerobic/resistance training) for treating depression, cognitive impairment, insomnia, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. He also investigates exercise's effects on child health and brain mechanisms. Recent publications analyze wearable activity trackers, cancer survivors' cognitive health, and comparative depression treatments.
Key scientific awards include:

Professionally, he serves as Vice President of HKASMSS and Vice Chairman of HKPFA Executive Committee, advancing exercise science and sports medicine in Hong Kong.
