Dr. Siobhan Buckley is a Lecturer in Law at Ulster University's School of Law since 2023, specializing in criminal justice systems and comparative criminology. She leads the Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Research Cluster and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
