Simon Lepper is a Vocal Repertoire Coach and Collaborative Piano Professor at the Royal College of Music, where he also serves as Assistant Head of Keyboard (Collaborative Piano). A former student of King’s College, Cambridge and the Royal Academy of Music, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as mezzo Karen Cargill, baritone Stéphane Degout, and Angelika Kirchschlager, performing at venues like Carnegie Hall, Wigmore Hall, and Mozarteum.
- Studied under Michael Dussek, Aaron Shorr, and Ruben Lifschitz (pupil of Cortot)
His expertise spans collaborative piano, vocal repertoire coaching, and chamber music performance, with notable recordings including a Diapason d’Or-winning Phantasy of Spring with Carolin Widmann and Mahler songs with Karen Cargill. He holds memberships (LRAM, DipRAM, ARAM) and has extensive BBC Radio 3 broadcasting experience.
