Simon David Clatworthy

Simon David Clatworthy is a Professor at the Department of Design, Oslo School of Architecture and Design. With a business leadership background, he pioneered interaction design and service design at AHO. His work focuses on experience-centric organizations, emphasizing service design's role in creating value through customer, user, and employee experiences.
