Notable outputs include analyses of victims’ rights implementation, ECB-justice collaboration, and the proportionality of administrative sanctions.
Allegrezza’s career includes teaching at Italian universities (Bologna, Ferrara) and advising on EU legal frameworks. Her research often critiques gaps between EU directives and national implementations, advocating for stronger procedural safeguards and victim-centered approaches in criminal justice systems.
