Silvia Allegrezza

Silvia Allegrezza is an Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Luxembourg’s Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, specializing in European criminal law, procedural safeguards, and banking regulations. She directs the Master in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law and has held visiting positions at institutions like the Max Planck Institute and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her research focuses on EU criminal law’s intersection with fundamental rights, victims’ protections, and enforcement mechanisms.
