Anna Fiodorova

Anna Fiodorova is an Associate Professor at the Department of Criminal Law, Procedural Law and History Law at Carlos III University of Madrid. She serves as Deputy Director of the University Master's Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.

Her research explores transnational legal cooperation and modernization of criminal procedures, focusing on balancing human rights with effective law enforcement mechanisms across European jurisdictions.
