Francisco Javier Jimenez Fortea is a Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Valencia, Faculty of Law. He has been director of the research group PROYTEF: Judicial Process and Effective Protection and has collaborated with institutions like the International Criminal Court and European Union projects.
