CAROLINA SANCHIS CRESPO

Carolina Sanchis Crespo is a Full Professor at the Universitat de València's Faculty of Law. Her academic work focuses on procedural law, digital law, and European private law through two research groups: PROYTEF (Judicial Process and Effective Protection) and GEDPED (Study Group on European Private and Digital Law).

Her research explores the intersection of law and technology, particularly digital evidence admissibility, cybercrime investigation, and the impact of artificial intelligence on judicial decisions. She also examines jurisdictional principles, consumer protection in platform economies, and legal reforms in criminal procedures.

Her recent publications analyze AI integration in courts, telematic communication interception for criminal investigations, and cross-border digital disputes. She authored the textbook "Derecho Procesal I" and contributed to modernizing mediation practices in legal conflicts.
