Silke Winst is a Lecturer at the University of Göttingen's Department of German Medieval Studies under the Seminar for German Philology. Her career includes roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Potsdam (2009-2017) and earlier lecturer positions at Göttingen (2007-2009). She earned her doctorate at Freie Universität Berlin (2008) after studying German, English, and Slavic Philology in Potsdam and Edinburgh.
