Dr. Michael Eber is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Digital Humanities, University of Göttingen, holding a DFG Walter Benjamin Fellowship since July 2023 for his project on Latin lives of monachoparthenoi transmission contexts.
His educational background includes:

Eber's research examines gender identities and sexuality in Late Antiquity and the Middle Ages, particularly intersections with sanctity concepts, alongside medieval manuscript practices of excerpting, compilation, and re-contextualization.
