Siegfried Selberherr

Professor Siegfried Selberherr is a renowned academic affiliated with the Vienna University of Technology, where he has served as a Full Professor of Softwaretechnology of Microelectronic Systems since 1988. He earned his Diplomingenieur in electrical engineering (1978) and doctoral degree in technical sciences (1981) from the same institution.
