Dr. Sian Roderick is a Senior Lecturer, Deputy Director of Postgraduate Research, and Admissions Tutor at Swansea University's School of Management. She holds a PhD in organizational behavior and temporary workforces, emphasizing staff retention and employee welfare. Her research focuses on innovation ecosystems, casual worker attitudes, and community coordination initiatives like Local Area Coordination.
