Dr. Sian Roderick is a Senior Lecturer, Deputy Director of Postgraduate Research, and Admissions Tutor at Swansea University's School of Management. She holds a PhD in organizational behavior and temporary workforces, emphasizing staff retention and employee welfare. Her research focuses on innovation ecosystems, casual worker attitudes, and community coordination initiatives like Local Area Coordination. She teaches innovation management, research methods, and consumer psychology at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including upcoming contributions to the MBA program.
