Dr. Shubho Das is a Senior Lecturer in Pathobiology at Charles Sturt University's School of Agricultural, Environmental and Veterinary Sciences. He holds a DVM, MSc in Veterinary Pathology, and a PhD in Virology. His research focuses on molecular virology, viral evolution, and structural biology approaches for vaccine development, particularly targeting circoviruses affecting endangered species like the Orange-bellied Parrot.

Research interests include viral evolution mechanisms, novel animal virus discovery, and recombinant protein expression for vaccines.
