Shubhadeep Mukherjee is a Teaching Fellow at Aston Business School, part of Aston University's College of Business and Social Sciences. He specializes in Operations and Service Management with a focus on AI applications in business, healthcare, and education. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at XIM University, India, and earned his PhD in Information Systems from Indian Institute of Management Ranchi (2018). His research explores AI ethics, decision support systems, and crisis management leveraging social media analytics.
