Shruthi Naik

Shruthi Naik is a Researcher at the Hertie School in Berlin, working on the project 'Refugees are Migrants: Refugee Mobility, Recognition and Rights'. Her research focuses on inequality, gender, and accountability in governance, with extensive experience in access to justice and judicial policy reform in India. She holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the Hertie School and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.

Her expertise includes judicial data analysis, advising government and judiciary bodies, leading large-scale household surveys, and editing academic publications such as a book on the impact of judicial delays. Shruthi's work bridges policy research, governance accountability, and migration studies.
