Sheryl McCurdy

Sheryl McCurdy is a Professor in the Department of Health Promotion & Behavioral Sciences at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health. Her research focuses on critical public health issues including STDs, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, women’s health, violence, underserved populations, health disparities, and global health studies. She is affiliated with the Center for Health Promotion and Prevention Research, contributing to initiatives addressing health equity and behavioral sciences.
